How do I place an order on the website?
Select your desired jewelry, confirm key details (such as kid or adult size), then click "Add to Cart". Go to your cart to verify product information, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your accurate delivery address and contact information, select a payment method, and complete payment. Your order is successfully placed once payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel an order? How long does a refund take after cancellation?
Pending Shipment Orders: Cancel directly via "My Orders" in your account, or contact customer service for assistance.
Shipped Orders: Direct cancellation is not supported.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 1–3 business days after order cancellation is approved. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform's processing speed.
Can I modify product specifications or delivery address after placing an order?
If the order status is "Pending Shipment": Contact our customer service team immediately to request modifications to product specifications or delivery address, and we will assist with the process.
If the order status is "Shipped": Modifications are no longer possible. We recommend tracking your logistics updates and coordinating with the local courier promptly.
