How long does shipping take? What is the delivery timeframe?

Shipping Time:

• In-stock jewelry: Shipped within 24–48 hours after ordering

• Custom jewelry: Shipping time is specified on the product details page (usually 7–15 business days)

Delivery Timeframe:

• Canada, USA & UK: 7–15 business days

• UAE: 10–20 business days

Note: Holidays, customs clearance, and other factors may extend logistics time. All jewelry is packaged with anti-damage and anti-theft protection for safe transportation.

How do I track my order's logistics information?

After shipment: We will send the tracking number and query link via email or SMS.

Alternative method: Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders", and click "Track Logistics" to monitor your package status.

What is the delivery range? What if jewelry is damaged or lost during transit?

Delivery range: Most countries (excludes war-torn areas, remote uninhabited areas, and regions with logistics restrictions).

Damage/loss guarantee: All orders are insured. If jewelry is damaged or lost during transit:

a. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt

b. Provide relevant proof

c. We will offer a free replacement or full refund

Frequently asked questions

Select your desired jewelry, confirm key details (such as kid or adult size), then click "Add to Cart". Go to your cart to verify product information, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your accurate delivery address and contact information, select a payment method, and complete payment. Your order is successfully placed once payment is confirmed.

Pending Shipment Orders: Cancel directly via "My Orders" in your account, or contact customer service for assistance.

Shipped Orders: Direct cancellation is not supported.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 1–3 business days after order cancellation is approved. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform's processing speed.

If the order status is "Pending Shipment": Contact our customer service team immediately to request modifications to product specifications or delivery address, and we will assist with the process.

If the order status is "Shipped": Modifications are no longer possible. We recommend tracking your logistics updates and coordinating with the local courier promptly.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.It usually takes 6 to 13 $ depending on your location
